1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Tractor To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 2. The Year Of Production Of The Subject Of The Order Is At Least 2025. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Complete, Never Used (Without Previous Use), Free From Physical, Legal, Construction And Material Defects, Have Ce Declarations Of Conformity Required By Law And Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Headquarters At The Contractors Expense And Risk. The Vehicle Delivered Must Be Ready For Registration. 4. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 4.1.Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, 4.2.Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Supplied Equipment, 4.3.Providing The Operating Instructions And Technical Documentation In Polish, 4.4.Conducting Training For Indicated Operators - Employees Of The Krasiczyn Commune In The Scope Of Operation, Operation And Principles Of Safe Use Of The Delivered Tractor, With Confirmation Of The Training On The Day Of Receipt Or Another Agreed Date, But No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. Detailed, Minimum Technical And Parametric Requirements Of The Vehicle Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.6.Detailed Warranty And Service Requirements, Including Response Times, Repair Deadlines And The Scope Of Technical Inspections, Were Specified By The Ordering Party Only In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz) And Constitute An Integral Part Of The Contractors Obligation.
