Tenders Are Invited For Accommodation, Restaurant And Group Facility Services For Arkea Support Courses Organized By The Rheumatism Association

The Object Of The Procurement Is The Accommodation, Dining And Group Space Services For The Arkea Support Courses Organized By The Suomen Rheumaliitto Ry. The Procurement Applies To Courses Organized In 2027 And 2028. There Is Also The Possibility Of Two (2) Option Years. Bids Are Requested From Six Regions: Central Finland, Pirkanmaa, Pohjois-Ostrobothnia, Pohjois-Savo, Päijät-Häme And Helsinki-Uusimaa. Eight (8) Courses Are Organized Annually Nationwide In Different Locations As Determined By The Customer. The Courses Last From Two Days (Friday To Sunday) To Four Days (Monday To Friday). The Courses Have 16-18 People. The Courses Are Intended For Adults With Rheumatism Or Other Musculoskeletal Diseases. The Accommodation, Group And Restaurant Facilities Of The Course Must Be Accessible So That People With Reduced Mobility Can Work In Them. There Should Be Two To Three (2–3) Disabled Rooms. It Must Be Possible To Arrive And Leave The Course Location Using Public Transport Whose Stop Or Station Is No More Than 500 Meters Away From The Course Location (Or The Provider Can Arrange Transportation From A Further Stop Or Station). Two Of The Courses Are Nature-Focused, So There Must Be Easily Accessible And Accessible Nature Trails In The Yard Or The Surrounding Area. The Courses Are Organized With A State Subsidy Granted By The Social And Health Organizations Assistance Center (Stea). The Scope And Amount Of The Service To Be Procured Is Based On The Size Of The Future State Subsidy. The Amount Of The State Subsidy To Be Granted For 2027 Will Be Confirmed At The Beginning Of 2027.
