Tno Hereby Announces That A Qualification Procedure Will Be Started Regarding The New Measuring Method Small Test Piece, For The Purpose Of Measuring The Yield Stress And Tensile Strength Of Steel Using Small Test Pieces. This Methodology Was Developed By Tno To Make It More Accessible To Determine The Strength Of Existing Steel Structures By Requiring Less Material To Be Removed Compared To Standard Tensile Test Specimens. This Methodology Is Not Standardized, Which Is Why A Qualification Procedure Is Required To Demonstrate That The Tests Are Carried Out Correctly.
