The Municipality Of Velsen Strives For A Future-Proof, Systematic And Manageable Design For The Replacement And Purchase Of The Municipal Vehicle Fleet. In The Desired Situation, Vehicles Are No Longer Purchased Incidentally And Ad Hoc, But Replacement Takes Place Based On A Multi-Year Approach With Structural Contractual Agreements And Strategic Cooperation With Suppliers. The Municipality Concludes A Maximum Of Three Framework Agreements Per Plot With Suppliers For The Supply Of Vehicles And Related Equipment.
