To Strengthen The Operational Strength Of The Ilt, The Purchasing Of Interpreting Services Is Centralized With One Contracted Party. During The Performance Of Their Duties, Ilt Employees Regularly Come Into Contact With Foreign-Speaking Parties, Where Accurate Communication Is Crucial For Lawful Enforcement. The Current Agreement For Interpretation Services Expires By Operation Of Law On December 31, 2026. This Descriptive Document Lays The Foundation For A Clear Market Approach, With Which The Ilt Selects One Reliable Partner For All Ad Hoc And Planned Interpretation Needs From January 1, 2027. The Scope Of This Tender Includes The Provision Of All Necessary Oral, Audiovisual And Physical Interpretation Services For The Ilt. The Assignment Includes The Coordination, Logistics And The Actual Implementation Of The Interpretation Services In All Required (Common And Scarce) Languages. Within The Scope Of The Agreement To Be Concluded, A Distinction Is Made Between Two Forms Of Service, Namely: 1. Ad Hoc Interpretation Services; 2. Plannable Interpretation Services. The Size Will Amount To Approximately 104,000 Euros Per Year.
