Experience Supporting Customers With Mobility Challenges And Implementing Accessible, Customer-Focused Programs Will Be Considered An Asset. The Proposed Solution Must Support Multiple Taxi Brokerages And Independent Accessible Drivers, Provide Accurate Trip Status And Wait-Time Information, And Deliver Reporting, Analytics, And Functionality That Meets The Citys Operational Requirements.The Required Solution Includes Implementation Services, Software Licensing (Where Applicable), Training, Support, Maintenance, And Ongoing Operation Of The Centralized Dispatch Service, As Further Detailed In Appendix F.
