A Project Has Been Prepared For The Site And A Construction Permit Has Entered Into Force.Note: A Complete Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation For The Order, The Project And The Cs.Funding Source: At The Opening Of The Present Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract, No Funding Was Secured, Which Is Why The Draft Contract Includes A Clause For Deferred Execution, On The Basis Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code.
