The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Periodic Supplies Of Inert Materials For The Needs Of Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead With Three Separate Items And Has A Period Of 36 (Thirty-Six) Months. The Public Procurement Includes 3 (Three) Separate Items, As Follows:Separate Position No. 1: Periodic Supplies Of Natural River Sand For The Needs Of Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead;Separate Position No. 2: Supply Of Washed Quartz Sand For The Needs Of Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead;Separate Position No. 3: Periodic Supplies Of Rock Mass From Crushed Stone For The Needs Of Toplofikatsia Sofia Ead.The Public Order Is Divided Into 3 (Three) Separate Items, And Participants Are Entitled To Submit Bids Only For Separate Item No. 1 And Separate Item No. 3.Separate Item No. 2 Has An Estimated Value Of Eur 30,990 And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In View Of The Above, On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 7 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Will Assign Separate Item No. 2 According To The Order Applicable To Its Individual Value, Namely - According To Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.
