For The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement, An Investment Project Has Been Prepared In The Technical Phase. The Developed Investment Project Includes The Following Parts: Road, Incl. And Permanent And Temporary Traffic Organization And Safety (Pvobd); Geodesy-Surveying; Safety And Health Plan (Shp); Construction Waste Management Plan (Cwms).In The Subject Scope Of The Assignment, The Foreseen Types And Quantities Of Cmr Should Be Carried Out For The Parts Of The Investment Project. According To The Investment Project Prepared For The Construction/Object, Construction And Installation Works Will Be Carried Out, Covering: New Pavements On The Street Lane And Sidewalks, New Road Curbs, Horizontal And Vertical Road/Street Signaling.The Implementation Of This Public Procurement Also Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities:A. Lawful, High-Quality And Timely Start, Execution And Completion Of Construction, Including The Supply Of Construction Products, Mechanization, Labor And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of Construction In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, The Law On Territorial Development (Zut) And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, As Well As All Other Valid Normative Documents Related To The Performed Repair Works And The Public Procurement Contract;B. Warranty Service Until The Warranty Period Expires C. Removal Of All Detected Defects Within The Warranty Period;Complete Information Regarding The Scope, Volume And Technical Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In Part Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Overall Documentation For The Procurement.The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Documentation For The Public Procurement And The Draft Contract, As Well As In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations.
