Tenders Are Invited For Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Consulting Services For Assessing The Compliance Of Investment Projects Of The Municipality Of Nova Zagora

By Carrying Out The Present Procedure, The Contracting Authority Aims To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Up To Three Contractors For The Assignment Of The Activities For Assessing The Compliance Of The Investment Projects Commissioned By The Municipality Of Nova Zagora. The Services Subject To The Order Include: Carrying Out An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Projects Commissioned By The Municipality Of Nova Zagora - Preparation Of Complex Reports For The Assessment Of The Compliance Of All Applicable Parts Of The Specific Investment Project In Accordance With Art. 142, Para. 4–11 And Art. 169 Of The Territorial Planning Act /Zut/.The Scope And Volume Of Individual Orders Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Will Depend On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, As Well As On The Requirements Of The Regulatory Framework During The Term Of The Framework Agreement.
