The Subject Of The Public Competition Is The Selection Of A Contractor For A Public Contract With The Subject: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Marash Street In The Village Of Zimnitsa Financed Under Intervention Ii.G.6 - Investments In Basic Services And Small-Scale Infrastructure In Rural Areas From The Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture And Rural Areas 2023-2027When Executing The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of Marash Street, Zimnitsa Financed Under Intervention Ii.G.6 - Investments In Basic Services And Small-Scale Infrastructure In Rural Areas From The Strategic Plan For The Development Of Agriculture And Rural Areas 2023-2027 According To The Technical Specification.The Implementation Includes The Following Activities That Are Related To The Construction Of The Site And Are A Condition, Consequence Or Addition To Them:1. Implementation Of Smr According To The Technical Project, The Prescriptions And Orders In The Order Book, Including Provided By The Quantitative - Value Account Cmr;2. Delivery And Investment In The Construction Of The Construction Products Necessary And Corresponding To The Investment Project;3. Production And/Or Delivery Of Construction Details/Elements And Equipment And Their Investment In The Construction;4. Notifying The Employer Of The Need For Additional Design;5. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests; 6. Compilation Of Construction Documents And Preparation Of The Executive Documentation Of The Construction;7. Participation In The Procedure For Putting The Construction Into Operation;8. Removal Of Deficiencies Identified During The Handover Of The Construction And Its Commissioning;9. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Minimum Warranty Periods, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works, Facilities And Construction Sites.
