Cleaning Service For Conaf Ñuble Regional Office Year 2026-2028 For 24 Months”The National Forestry Corporation Requires Contracting Cleaning Services From A Provider That Executes The Following Provisions For The Conaf Ñuble Regional Office, Year 2026-2028. 1. The Cleaning Service Will Be Carried Out At The Conaf Ñuble Regional Office, Located At Avenida Ohiggins N°3430, Chillán.2. The Cleaning Service Will Be Valid For 24 Months, Counted From The Start Date Of The Provision Of The Service, And May Be Renewed Only Once, For A Period Of Up To 12 Months, Following A Favorable Evaluation By The Head Of The Department Of Forest Fire Protection Defa, Or Whoever Substitutes Him, And In Accordance With Conafs Budget Availability.Without Prejudice To The Indicated Validity, Upon Completion Of The First 12 Months Of Execution Of The Service, Conaf Will Carry Out An Evaluation Of Its Continuity And Performance. This Evaluation Will Aim To Verify The Adequate Development Of The Service During The Contractual Period.3. The Price Of The Service Will Be Readjusted Annually, According To The Variation In The Cpi Consumer Price Index Corresponding To The Last 12 Months, Applying The Readjustment At The End Of Each 12-Month Period From The Beginning Of The Provision Of The Service. The Same Readjustment Mechanism Will Be Applied During Each Year Of The Contract And, If Renewal Is Exercised, During The Renewed Period.4. The Cleaning Service Must Include Activities To Be Carried Out By The Cleaning Staff, Specified As Indicated In Point N°21 Of These Bidding Rules.5. The Cleaning Service Must Include Machinery And Materials Suitable For The Order And Hygiene Of The Conaf Ñuble Office. 6. The Cleaning Service May Be Moved If The Conaf Ñuble Regional Office Changes Location.
