Customer-Care Services – Contact Center Platform. The New Contact Center Platform Must: • Guarantee The Continuity Of Telephone Services; • Provide Employees With A Stable, Secure And Easily Manageable Telephony And Contact Center Platform; • Contribute To Optimal Accessibility For Residents, Entrepreneurs, Partners And Employees; • Provide Sufficient Flexibility To Support Future Developments In The Field Of Services, Legislation, Regulations And Technology. The Intended Agreement Is Entered Into For An Initial Period Of Four (4) Years. The Agreement Can Then Be Unilaterally Extended By The Client Two (2) Times, Each Time For A Period Of One (1) Year, Under The Same Conditions. The Agreement Therefore Has A Maximum Term Of Six (6) Years. There Are Various Price Ceilings That Can Be Found In The Tender Documents.
