Each Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Considered Completed When Authorized Employees Of The Ordering Party Sign The Appropriate Delivery And Acceptance Document Confirming The Completeness And Compliance Of The Delivered Diesel Oil With The Contractors Offer And After The Contractor Submits An Oil Quality Certificate. From Each Delivery, A Sample Of The Delivered Diesel Fuel Will Be Taken In The Presence Of The Contractors Driver And Placed In A Container Provided By The Contractor, Which Will Be Stored By The Ordering Party Until It Is Used Up. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Delivered Oil, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Analyze It In An Independent Laboratory, And In The Event Of Non-Compliance With The Delivery Certificate, Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of This Analysis. The Difference In The Amount Of Delivered Diesel Fuel Specified In The Delivery Note And The Amount Accepted By The Ordering Party Cannot Be Greater Than 0.3%. Additional Responsibilities
