Repair And Maintenance Services – Offer Of Operating Agreement For Nautila Ticket Machines. Dsb Has 368 Nautila Ticket Machines Distributed At Stations All Over The Country, Where Dsbs Customers Can Buy Tickets, Commuter Cards And Other Products. Dsb Wants Nautila To Appear In Good Condition, Always Functional And Functioning As Intended, Including That Maintenance Of The Machines Is Carried Out Systematically According To Maintenance Plans, So That Operations Are Stable And Support Dsbs Customers. Dsb Is Replacing The Existing Nautila Ticket Machines, As The Ticket Machines Will Soon Be Obsolete. Phasing Out Of The Existing Ticket Machines Is Expected To Begin In Early 2028 With A Final Phase Out Expected In Early 2029. The Purpose Of This Agreement Is To Enter Into An Agreement With A Supplier Who Can Operate And Maintain Dsbs Existing Nautilla Ticket Machines Until These Are Finally Phased Out. The Agreement Includes General Servicing And Maintenance Of Dsbs Nautila Ticket Machines In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Appendix 02. The Agreement Includes Both Planned Inspections As Specified In Appendix 02, Unplanned Maintenance Work And Urgent Maintenance Work, Including Rectification Of Malfunctions And Repairs.
