The Real Estate Management Department Of The Facilities Company (Fb) Intends To Enter Into An Agreement With One Party (Or A Combination Of Parties) For The Execution Of The Mechanical And Electrical Management And Maintenance Of The Building-Related E&W Assets Within Gvbs Real Estate. Maintenance Includes Periodic, Corrective And Project-Based Maintenance. The Assignment Includes The Long-Term Management And Maintenance Of The Building-Related Electrical And Mechanical Engineering (E&W) Assets Within Gvbs Real Estate. The Work Includes Periodic, Corrective And Project-Based Maintenance. The Framework Agreement Has A Total Maximum Term Of Eight (8) Years, Including Extension Options. The Estimated Value Over The Entire Term Is €72,391,548, Excluding Vat And Indexation.
