Hvc Has Set Itself The Goal Of Emitting One Million Tons Less Co2 In 2035 Than In 2025. Over The Past Period, Hvc Has Been Working With Slbc On A Feed (Front-End Engineering Design). The Feed Will Be Ready In June 2026. Supplier Slbc Of The Capture Installation Has Excluded The Civil Works And The Balance Of Plant From Its Delivery. These Must Be Provided By Hvc Itself. To This End, Hvc Has Taken The Initiative For Three Purchasing Projects: • Engineering Preparation For Construction And Civil (Engineering) • Preparation For Construction (Bmr) • Civil Engineering Construction (Civil) The Mercell Environment, The Guideline And Tender Procedure Specifically Relates To The Component: Civil Engineering Construction. The Assignment Concerns, In Short: The Work Includes The Complete Civil Engineering Realization Of The New Construction Of The Co₂ Capture Installation On The Site Of Hvc In Alkmaar. The Assignment Consists Of Setting Up The Construction Site, Carrying Out Temporary Facilities And Drainage, Carrying Out Demolition And Earthworks And Realizing Site Layout And Site Paving. The Contract Also Includes The Construction Of Rainwater And Site Sewerage, Drainage Facilities, Green Areas And Traffic Facilities. The Assignment Also Includes The Realization Of Foundations For The Various Process Installations And Buildings, Including Foundation Piles, Heavy Cast-In-Place Concrete Structures, Foundation Plates, Basement Structures, Floors, Embankments And Liquid-Repellent Pavements. The Contract Also Includes The Construction Work For The E Building And The Compressor Building, Including Masonry, Prefab Concrete Elements, Steel Structures, Facades, Roofs, Window Frames, Doors And Other Construction Finishes. In Addition, The Contractor Is Responsible For The Coordination Of Openings, Penetrations, Installation Facilities And Coordination With Building-Related Installations.
