Cleaning Services – Hiring The Cleaning Service For The Facilities Of The Teatro Cervantes, Teatro Echegaray, Cine Albeniz And Other Spaces And Events Managed By Teatro Cervantes De Malaga And Industrias Audiovisuales, S.A.. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Comprehensive Cleaning Service Of The Buildings, Facilities, Equipment And Spaces Managed By The Company Teatro Cervantes De Malaga And Initiatives Audiovisuales, S.A., Including The Teatro Cervantes, The Teatro Echegaray, The Cine Albeniz, The Rehearsal Rooms, The External Offices And Other Scenic, Administrative Or Technical Support Spaces In Which Cultural, Audiovisual Activities Or Events Organized By Said Company Are Carried Out. The Service Will Include Ordinary And Extraordinary Cleaning Tasks, Hygienic And Sanitary Maintenance, Waste Removal And Special Actions Derived From Cultural And Audiovisual Programming, Guaranteeing At All Times The Correct State Of Hygiene Of The Facilities, The Conservation Of Materials And Heritage Elements, The Operational Availability Of The Spaces And A Rapid Response Capacity To Incidents Or Extraordinary Needs. All Of This Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Prescription Document And The Specific Administrative Clauses.
