The Purpose Of The Potential Contract Is To Acquire Vehicles To Support The Mobility Of Personnel And Material To Correctly Operate The Maads Systems. All The Vehicles Shall Be Delivered To Italy, In The Delivery Place That Will Be Communicated To The Candidates Invited To Tender. A Maximum Of 50 Vehicles May Be Ordered Over The Course Of The Contract, With Specific Details Of Firm Quantities Required Provided On The Contract Notice That Can Be Viewed On The Occar Website. The Contract, If Awarded, Will Last Until The Delivery And Acceptance Of The Last Vehicle, And The Payment Of The Related Milestone (I.E., Six Months After The Last Delivery, If It Is Accepted). Nevertheless, The Contractor Shall Guarantee The Validity Of The Warranty For At Least 2 Years From The Date Of Each Vehicle’S Acceptance After Its Delivery, And Shall Cover All Vehicle Components (Assemblies, Sub-Assemblies, Accessories, Systems, Instrumentation, Etc.), Excluding Parts Subject To Normal Wear Due To Standard Use. If A Longer Warranty Period Was Offered During The “Invitation To Tender” Phase, This Will Be Included In The Contract. In Addition, A Minimum 10-Year Warranty Is Required For The Chassis And Body Panels Against Perforating Corrosion And Structural Failures, As Normally Assured By Vehicle Manufacturers.
