Road-Maintenance Works – Road Repair Works By Means Of Asphalt Coverings, Leveling Of Culverts And Related Drains. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Single Economic Operator, For 36 Months, Without The Resumption Of Competition. Subsequent Contracts Are Awarded According To Real Needs, Technical Priorities And Approved Funds, Respecting The Unit Prices, Technical Requirements And Commitments Established By The Framework Agreement. The Minimum And Maximum Quantities Related To The Entire Framework Agreement Are Those In Annex No. 1. The Largest Subsequent Contract Is Dimensioned By Reference To The Maximum Quantities Related To Year Ii And Has An Estimated Value Of 12,973,223.54 Lei Without Vat.
