Guard Services – Framework Agreement For Purchase Orders And Subsequent Contracts For Guarding, Fire Surveillance, Video Surveillance/Remote Surveillance And Anti-Intrusion Alarm In Buildings And Grounds On Île-De-Mobilités.. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Provide Various Services Such As Guarding/Anti-Intrusion Surveillance, Fire Surveillance, As Well As Video Surveillance/Remote Surveillance And The Installation Of Anti-Intrusion Alarms On Ile De France Mobilités Property. These Services Are Carried Out Throughout The Ile De France Region. They Mainly Concern The Bus Bords De Marne (Bbm) And Bus Entre Seine (Bes) Projects And All Other Ile De France Mobilités Investment Operations As Necessary. The Details Of The Scope Of Expected Services Are Described In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp), In Each Purchase Order And In Each Subsequent Contract. The Framework Agreement Is Multi-Awardee. It Will Be Concluded With The Three (3) Best Ranked Economic Operators, Maximum Number, Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Candidates. The Services Will Be Carried Out Following The Issuance Of Purchase Orders In Turn For “Simple Cases” And By Subsequent Contract After Re-Competition For “Complex Cases”. By “Simple Case” We Mean Any Intervention Already Defined By The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp) And Which Can, Therefore, Be Remunerated By The Establishment Of A Purchase Order On The Basis Of The Prices Established In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu) Of The Framework Agreement, Annex 1 Of The Act Of Commitment. “Complex Cases” Designate Services Which Cannot Be Fully Defined By The Cctp And Remunerated Simply On The Basis Of The Prices Appearing In The Bpu. These Cases Require The Award Of Subsequent Contracts With Re-Competition Between The Beneficiaries Of The Framework Agreement.
