Lift-Maintenance Services – Upkeep, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Extrication, Full Guarantee And Work On The Heritage Elevators Of Toulon Habitat Méditerranée. This Consultation Concerns Maintenance, Preventive, Conditional, Predictive And Corrective Maintenance, Troubleshooting, Extrication, Total Guarantee As Well As Repair And Modernization Work On Elevators And Similar Equipment Belonging To Toulon Habitat Méditerranée (Thm) For The Period 2027 To 2030. The Contract Is A Service Market With An Obligation Of Results. The Technical Requirements, Service Levels, Performance Indicators, Traceability Obligations And Methods For Taking Into Account Criticality Are Defined In The Cctp And Its Annexes. This Contract Is A Mixed Contract Comprising, On The One Hand, Permanent Flat-Rate Services And, On The Other Hand, A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders For One-Off Works And Services Not Included In The Packages. The Order Share Is Concluded With A Minimum Amount Of 800,000 Euros Excluding Tax/Year And With A Maximum Amount Of 3,200,000 Euros Excluding Tax/Year, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article R 2162-4-1 Of The Public Order Code.
