The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection, Transport And Management Of All Municipal Waste From Real Estate Where Residents Live And From Real Estate Which Is Partly A Residential Property And Partly An Uninhabited Real Estate Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Nowy Dwór Gdański Commune And From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok). 2. Equipping All Properties With Appropriate Containers And Bags For Collecting Waste. 3. Services Should Be Provided: 1) In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Such Technologies And Organizational Solutions (Including Sorting Plants, Processing Plants) That Will Enable Achieving The Required Levels. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz, Which Is Also Annex No. 1 To The Contract. Ixa Certification Of The Contractor 1. The Contractor May, Instead Of Appropriate Subjective Means Of Evidence Required By The Ordering Party In These Proceedings, Use A Certificate Confirming The Certification Of Public Procurement Contractors Referred To In Art. 124 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, If This Certificate Confirms The Circumstances Required By The Ordering Party Regarding The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion Or Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Procedure. 2. Submitting Or Indicating The Certificate Is The Contractors Right. The Ordering Party Does Not Require A Certificate As A Condition For Participation In The Procedure And Does Not Make The Possibility Of Applying For A Contract Dependent On Having A Certificate. 3. A Contractor Who Intends To Use The Public Procurement Contractors Certificate Should Provide Appropriate Information Relating To This Certificate In The Initial Declaration According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz - Jedz, In Particular In Part Ii, Section A, In The Field Regarding Entry In The Official List Of Approved Contractors Or Possession Of An Equivalent Certificate. 4. The Mere Indication Of The Intention To Use The Certificate Does Not Replace The Obligation To Demonstrate The Lack Of Grounds For Exclusion Or Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings To The Extent Required By The Ordering Party. 5. The Certificate Replaces Appropriate Subjective Means Of Evidence Only To The Extent That Its Content Or The Data Disclosed In The Certification Database Confirm The Circumstances Required By The Ordering Party In These Proceedings. If The Certificate Covers Only Part Of The Required Exclusion Grounds Or Part Of The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, The Contractor Submits: - A Certificate - To The Extent Covered By The Certification; - Other Required Subjective Means Of Evidence - To The Extent Not Covered By Certification. 6.
