The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil For Organizational Units Of The Lublin County For The Operation Of Buildings, Premises And Utility Facilities. 2. Fuel Oil Should Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024 In The Field Of Light Fuel Oil (L-1 Grade) Or Equivalent, And Its Quality Properties Should Not Be Worse Than: - Density At 15 °C - Max. 860 Kg/M3, - Calorific Value – Min. 42.6 Mj/Kg, - Pour Point – Max. -20 °C, - Flash Point – Min. 56 °C, - Sulfur Content – ​​Max. 0.1%(M/M), - Water Content - Max. 200 Mg/Kg, - Solid Impurities Content - Max. 24 Mg/Kg. 3. Supplies Of Fuel Oil Will Be Made By The Contractor Successively Based On Orders Placed By Organizational Units By E-Mail Or Telephone, Within A Maximum Of 48 Hours From The Moment Of Placing The Order. 4. Each Oil Delivery Should Have A Certificate Confirming Compliance Of A Given Batch With The Pn-C-96024 Standard Or Equivalent. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Take Fuel Samples From The Tanker In The Presence Of The Driver Before Unloading In Order To Conduct Independent Laboratory Tests. If It Is Found That The Parameters Of The Pn-C-96024 Standard Are Not Met, The Cost Of Tests And Fuel Replacement Is Borne By The Contractor. 6. Fuel Must Be Transported In Technically Efficient Road Tankers Equipped With A Verified System For Quantitative Oil Measurement. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Technical Condition Of The Equipment And The Cleanliness Of The Transport Chambers. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Fuel Meets The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions For Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008). 8. Oil Will Be Sold According To The Manufacturers Price List Valid On The Day Of Placing The Order, Each Time Taking Into Account The Discount Granted By The Contractor. 9.
