Through The Execution Of The Order, The Reliability, Capacity And Fault Tolerance Of The Infrastructure For The Storage Of Sound Units Will Be Increased, Continuity Of The Work Processes Of Storage And Management Of Archive Content Will Be Ensured, And The Protection And Accessibility Of The Bnr Sound Assets Will Be Guaranteed In The Long Term. In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Delivery, Installation, Configuration, Integration, Functional Testing And Commissioning Of The Array For The Storage Of Sound Units Should Be Implemented, As Well As Warranty Responsibility For The Provided Equipment. The Participants Should Guarantee: - Compatibility Of The Offered Technique With The Noa Mediarc System Used By The Contracting Authority; - Full Functionality And Integration With The Existing Environment Without The Need For Additional Components; - The Contracting Authority Will Accept The Delivery Only Under The Condition Of Full Compatibility Of All Components Of The Delivered Equipment With The Existing System. - The Participant Should Submit To His Technical Proposal A Declaration Of Compatibility According To Model No. 1.1. In Which To Declare That The Offered Equipment Meets The Requirements Laid Down In The Technical Specification And Confirming That The Proposed Array Is Fully Compatible With The Noa Mediarc System Existing In The Bnr And Can Be Integrated Without The Need For Replacement, Reinstallation Or Significant Change Of The Available Infrastructure And That The Integration Thus Carried Out Will Not Lead To The Risk Of Data Loss, Incompatibility, Interruption Of The Work Process Or Limitation Of Access To The Archive Content Already Created. Declaration Of Compatibility – (Sample No. 1.1.) Is An Integral Part Of The Participants Technical Proposal. The Documents Of Participants In The Public Procurement That Have Not Attached To Their Technical Proposal A Declaration Of Compatibility (Sample No. 1.1.) Will Not Be Considered.
