In The Event Of Reservation Of Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Separate From The Offer Information Constituting His Companys Secret, Within The Meaning Of The Act On Combating Unfair Competition (By Separating A Separate File And Marking It Appropriately, E.G. Trade Secret). 14.6 Subjective And Objective Means Of Evidence Or Other Documents, Including Documents Confirming The Authorization To Represent, Prepared In A Foreign Language Are Submitted Together With A Translation Into Polish. 14.7 All Costs Related To Participation In The Proceedings, In Particular Those Related To The Preparation And Submission Of The Offer, Are Borne By The Contractor Submitting The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Reimbursement Of The Costs Of Participation In The Procedure.
