The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties, Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes, Located In The Brzeziny Commune. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect And Manage Any Amount Of Municipal Waste From All Residential Properties And Properties With Summer Houses Or Other Properties Used For Recreational Purposes Located In The Brzeziny Commune. You Are Also Required To Collect Waste That Was Placed Next To The Bagged Containers When They Do Not Fit, And To Empty Additional Private Containers. 3. Place Of Order Fulfillment: The Entire Administrative Area Of The Brzeziny Commune, Including The Following Towns: Adamów, Bielanki, Bogdanka, Bronowice, Buczek, Dąbrówka Duża, Dąbrówka Mała, Eufeminów, Gaj, Gałkówek Kolonia, Grzmiąc, Helenów, Helenówka, Henryków, Ignaców, Jabłonów, Janinów, Jaroszki, Jordanów, Kędziorki, Małczew, Marianów Kołacki, Michałów, Paprotnia, Pieńki Henrykowskie, Poćwiardówka, Polik, Przanówka, Przecław, Rochna, Rozworzyn, Sadowa, Stare Koluszki, Strzemboszewice, Siberia, Szymaniszki, Ściborów, Tadzin, Teodorów, Tworzyjanki, Witkowice, Zalesie, Żabieniec; 4. This Tender Does Not Cover Properties Where No Residents Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated. 5. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Equipping Property Owners With Containers And Bags For Collecting Waste (The Containers Will Be The Property Of The Contractor) In The Quantities Necessary To Collect Municipal Waste Generated In The Brzeziny Commune Throughout The Entire Order Implementation Period. 6. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Create And Organize A Mobile Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point. 7. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Carrying Out Ecological Education Among The Inhabitants Of The Commune. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 3, 3A And 3B To The Swz. 9.
