The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision, Through A Temporary Employment Company (Ett), Of The Services Of Selection, Recruitment, Contracting And Making Available Qualified Personnel To Meet The Temporary Needs Of Personnel Of The Malaga Fair And Congress Center (Fycma), In Accordance With The Conditions And Prescriptions Established In The Specific Technical Prescription Document And In This Specific Administrative Clause Document. The Purpose Of This Document Is To Establish The Technical Conditions That Will Govern The Contracting, Through A Temporary Employment Company (Ett), Of The Selection, Recruitment, Contracting And Making Available Services Of Qualified Personnel To Meet The Temporary Personnel Needs Of The Malaga Fairs And Congress Center (Fycma). The Service Will Mainly Consist Of: Meeting With Due Immediacy The Demand For Professionals Required By Fycma, By Making Duly Qualified Personnel Available, With The Winning Company Being Responsible For The Exercise Of The Organizational And Management Powers That Are Its Own As An Employer; Guarantee The Maintenance Of Service Quality Standards Required By Fycma Through The Selection, Training And Efficient Management Of Qualified Personnel, Adequately Trained And Committed To The Performance Of Their Duties; And Ensure The Protection Of The Labor Rights Of The Personnel Made Available, As Well As Strict Compliance With Current Labor Regulations. The Contractual Relationship Between The Successful Bidder Company, Fycma And The Assigned Workers Who Are Made Available To The Company, Will Be Governed By The Provisions Of Law 14/1994 Of June 1, Which Regulates Temporary Employment Companies And Royal Decree 417/2015 Of May 29, Which Approves The Regulations For Temporary Employment Companies, As Well As All The Related Regulations That Result From Its Application. The Services Will Be Provided On A Regular Basis At The Fycma Headquarters Located At Avda. José Ortega Y Gasset 201, 29006 In Málaga, And At The Digital Content Pole Headquarters Located At Avd. Place In A Place Other Than The Main One. The Professional Profiles To Be Made Available Are: Fair/Event Executive And Fair/Event Assistant. However, During The Execution Of The Contract, Fycma May Require The Coverage Of Other Professional Profiles Other Than Those Initially Planned, Provided That They Are Included In The Collective Agreement Of Promálaga-Palacio De Ferias Y Congresos De Málaga In Force At All Times.
