Boxes – Bakery Boxes. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Plastic Bakery Boxes Of The City Of Helsinkis Service Center Business (Later Palvekeskus Helsinki Or The Customer) For The Pakkala Production Facility, Which Will Be Completed In 2027. The Customer Uses Bakery Boxes In The Central Kitchen To Pack And Transport Various Products To The Locations. The Procurement Consists Of One Product Line, Bakery Box 29L, 600X400x150mm (Blue), Which Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Bakery Boxes To Be Procured Must Meet The Mandatory Minimum Requirements Set Out In This Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. The Customer Orders 9,000 Bakery Boxes With His First Order At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, But So That The Bakery Boxes Must Be Delivered To The Customers Pakkala Production Facility (Pakkalantie 30, 01530 Vantaa) No Later Than March 2027. A More Precise Delivery Date For March 2027 Will Be Agreed Upon With The Actual Order. After This, The Subscriber May Purchase Individual Refill Purchases If Necessary, But No Additional Purchase Quantities Are Committed. The Procurement Estimates Presented In The Request For Bids Are Estimated Amounts For Four (4) Years And Serve Only As Support For Making The Bid, And The Bidder Does Not Commit To Purchase The Entire Amount Of The Procurement Estimate. The Products Must Be Delivered Without Shipping Costs And Free Of Charge. Separate Printing, Invoicing Or Other Costs Are Not Accepted.
