Career Guidance Services – Employers Statutory Change Security Training. The Aim Of The Procured Service Is To Support The Job Search, Employment And Re-Employment Of Dismissed Persons. Participating In Change Safety Training Is Always Based On The Persons Own Judgment. The Kymenlaakso Welfare Area Offers A Service To Eligible Persons, But Everyone Decides For Themselves Whether To Participate In The Service And The Extent Of Participation. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To A Minimum Purchase Quantity. The Service Provider Only Invoices For Completed And Documented Training. Invoicing Is Based On Completed Coaching Hours And Participant-Specific Coaching Plans That Have Been Approved In Accordance With The Contract. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Total Service, Where The Service Provider Is Responsible For: • Planning And Implementation Of The Training • Individual Career Coaching • Monitoring And Reporting Of The Training The Obligation To Organize Change Safety Training Is Based On Section 13 Of Chapter 7 Of The Employment Contracts Act (55/2001) And Section 37 B Of The Act On Municipal And Welfare Area Office Holders (304/2003) (1469/2016). The Value Of The Training Must Correspond To The Level Required By The Legislation At Any Given Time. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Appendix Service Description.
