The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Small Laboratory Equipment For The Needs Of The Units Of The Medical University Of Warsaw. Silesian Piasts In Wrocław. 2. Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In The Assortment And Price Form, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In The Assortment And Price Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Are Admitted To Trading In Poland. If Proper Names Are Mentioned In The Description Of Small Laboratory Equipment In Appendix No. 2 To The Swz, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And 6 Pzp, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Products. By A Product Equivalent To That Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, The Ordering Party Understands A Product Consistent With The Description Given In The Name Column, Annex No. 2 To The Swz To The Swz And With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Of The Reference Product, Meeting At Least All The Required Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
