The Subject Of The Order (As Part Of The Basic Order) Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Comprehensive, Permanent, 24-Hour Physical Protection Of Persons And Property Within The Ec1 Łódź - City Of Culture Complex In Łódź, Which Consists Of The Following Elements: 1) Protection Of Facilities And Areas; 2) Exposure Protection; 3) Convoying Cash; 4) Cloakroom Service; 5) Support Of The Intervention Group. 2. The Detailed Scope And Subject Of The Contract As Well As The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Method Of Implementation Are Specified In: 1) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, 2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As Ppu) - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents (Including Those Indicated Above) Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory.
