The Provider Has The Obligation To Ensure, Through Certified Personnel, The Technical Verification Of The Documentation At The Dtac, Pt And De Phases, As Well As During The Period Of Technical Assistance During The Execution Of The Works (Stage Iii), For All The Fundamental Requirements Applicable To The Documentation. - Stage Ii – Specifications For The Execution Of The Works Elaboration Of The Specifications For The Execution Of The Works. - Stage Iii – Technical Assistance From The Designer The Designer Has The Obligation To Respond To The Request Of The Contracting Authority Regarding His Presence On The Site, To The Notification Of The Site Manager/Contracting Authority Or Whenever The Situation Requires It, As Well As To Participate, Upon Request, In The Meetings With The Site Managers And/Or The State Construction Inspectorate.
