The Subject Of The Order Is: The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Related To Steel Road Safety Barriers Sp-06/4, Including, Depending On The Location Indicated By The Ordering Party: - Demolition Of Existing Barriers And Delivery And Installation Of New Steel Barriers Sp-06/4, Or - Height Adjustment Of Existing Steel Barriers Sp-06/4 Without Replacing Them. Detailed Locations And Lengths Of Sections Intended For Replacement And Height Adjustment Will Be Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Or Indicated By The Ordering Party.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes:  Securing And Marking The Work Site;  Dismantling The Existing Barrier, Including: Guides, Posts, Spacers, Brackets, Profile Strips, Fasteners, Reflective Elements, Starting And Ending Elements, If Any;  Loading Of Dismantled Elements;  Transport Of Demolition Material To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party;  Unloading And Orderly Assembly Of Dismantled Elements;  Delivery Of Brand New, Complete Sp-06/4 Barriers;  Marking The Course Of The Barrier;  Installing New Posts;  Installation Of Guides, Spacers, Brackets, Profile Belts And Fasteners;  Assembly Of Initial And Final Elements;  Installation Of New U-1C Reflective Elements;  Regulation Of The Course Of The Barrier In The Plan And Profile;  Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. The Detailed Scope Of Delivery Of Signs, Marking Elements, Traffic Safety Devices Together With The Installation Is Specified In The Attached Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Which Is An Annex To The Swz. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safe Road And Pedestrian Traffic Conditions In The Area Of ​​The Installations Covered By The Contract On The Basis Of The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Provided By The Ordering Party In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (For The Duration Of The Installations) And Approved By The Traffic Manager On Voivodeship Roads. 4. The Contractor Shall Ensure Marking Of The Works While They Are Being Carried Out On His Own. 5. For All Elements, The Contractor Will Attach To The Acceptance Report: A) Product Warranty, B) Technical Approval Or National Technical Assessment Issued By An Authorized Entity Along With A Declaration Of Performance Properties. 6. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In The Manner Specified In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, Pzp Act. The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. An Offer For The Supply Of Marking Elements Made Using Technologies, Materials And Equipment Other Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Will Be Considered An Equivalent Solution, Provided That Their Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
