Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Children & Youth 1 Overview: Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian Non-Governmental Organization created in 1979. Amel is active in different sectors including health, education, protection, livelihood and environment, and it operates through 40 centers, 16 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units, and 2 protection units throughout the country. 2 Scope of work: Project STANCE AID 013508.01.0 The service provider is expected to provide engaging, entertaining, and age-appropriate recreational activities for children, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) outlined below. The activities may include clown shows, theater shows, and inflatable games, with the objective of providing children with a safe, enjoyable, and interactive recreational experience. The required services may include: Clown Show: An engaging and age-appropriate clown performance incorporating interactive entertainment, games, and activities suitable for children. Theater Show: An entertaining and age-appropriate theater performance designed to encourage childrens participation and provide an enjoyable recreational experience. Inflatable Games: Provision, installation, operation, and dismantling of safe and age-appropriate inflatable games, including the necessary equipment and supervision during the activity. Application by Service Providers Service providers may submit an offer for one, more than one, or all of the required services listed above. Each service will be evaluated separately based on the applicable technical requirements and financial offer. All inflatable games should be safe, clean, well-maintained, age-appropriate, and suitable for outdoor recreational activities. The service provider shall ensure proper installation, safety measures, and supervision throughout the activity. Note: The selected supplier must be responsible for Providing the required services within the required period.
