1. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is The Reconstruction Of The Dirt Road No. 13 With An Improved Surface, 824 M Long, In The Julianów Forestry. The Investment Is Located In The Łódź Voivodeship, Rawa County, Rawa Mazowiecka Commune, On Plots Belonging To The Investor No. 76/1201, 75/1200, 78/1200.2.The Material Scope Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities And The Outlay Cost Estimate, While The Technology Of The Works Is Determined By The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. 3. The Ordering Party Indicates That If The Contractors Find Discrepancies Between The Individual Documents Constituting The Design Documentation, They Should First Be Guided By The Construction Design, Then The Detailed Design, Then The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, And Finally The Bill Of Quantities. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About Each Discrepancy In The Documentation, Including Design Documentation. 4. The Existing Fire Road No. 13 In The Julianów Forestry Has A Dirt Surface. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Reconstruction Is 824 M. The Route Of The Designed Road Basically Follows The Existing Forest Road. The Condition Of The Ground Surface Requires Improvement Of Evenness, Load-Bearing Capacity And Vehicle Travel Conditions Related To Fire Protection And Forest Management. There Are Existing Connections With Forest Roads And Adjacent Areas On The Route. The Situational Layout And The Location Of The Designed Passing Loops And Exits Are Shown On The Site Plan5.The Project Envisages The Reconstruction Of Fire Road No. 13 By Constructing An Improved Aggregate Surface, Profiling The Road Body, Hardening The Roadsides And Rebuilding Passing Points And Exits. The Route Has Been Adapted To The Existing Road Mark. The Designed Road Was Adjusted In Height To The Existing Terrain, With A Slight Elevation Of The Designed Surface Above The Existing Terrain. A Roadway With A Width Of 3.50 M And Both Sides Of The Shoulders Paved With Aggregate At A Width Of 0.75 M Was Assumed.
