Work Detail
The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of Additional Groundwater Intakes Along With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure On The Premises Of The Existing Water Treatment Plants In Tarnówka And Plecemin, Tarnówka Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Construction Of: Tarnówka Suw, Plot No. 411/1 - One Sw-4 Deep Well With Fittings, Thermal Insulation Casing, Water Supply Installation And Power Supply Installations Control Units; Suw Plecemin, Plot No. 152/8 - Two Deep Wells Sw-2 And Sw-3 Along With Fittings, Thermal Insulation Casings, Water Supply Installations And Power Supply And Control Installations. The Wells Should Be Constructed In Accordance With The Approved Geological Works Designs. The Designed Intakes Together With The Infrastructure Constitute An Expansion Of The Existing Collective Water Supply System In The Tarnówka Commune. Before Submitting The Offer, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractors To Carry Out A Mandatory On-Site Visit To The Areas Covered By The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Water Treatment Plant In Tarnówka (Plot No. 411/1) And The Water Treatment Station In Plecemin (Plot No. 152/8). The Purpose Of The On-Site Visit Is To Enable The Contractor To Become Acquainted With The Actual Field Conditions, Existing Infrastructure, Access To Work Sites, Organizational Conditions And Other Circumstances That May Affect The Method Of Execution Of The Order And The Calculation Of The Offer Price. The Date Of The On-Site Visit Should Be Agreed In Advance With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Interested In Participating In The On-Site Visit Is Obliged To Contact The Ordering Party To Determine The Day And Time Of The Visit. The Ordering Party Will Ensure The Possibility Of Carrying Out An Inspection Within The Agreed Date. Carrying Out An On-Site Inspection Is A Condition For Submitting An Offer. Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer If It Was Submitted Without The On-Site Visit Required By The Ordering Party In The Swz. The Contractor Bears The Costs Associated With Participating In The On-Site Visit. No Binding Explanations Regarding The Content Of The Swz Will Be Provided During The On-Site Visit. Questions Regarding The Documentation Of The Procedure Should Be Directed To The Ordering Party In The Manner Specified In The Swz. On-Site Visit Allowed Up To 3 Days Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers. A Report Will Be Prepared From The On-Site Visit According To The Template Attached To The Swz.
