The Subject Of The Order Is The Task Entitled: Construction Of Civil Defense Warehouses In The Design And Build Formula - As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.2.The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Arrangements For The Implementation Of The Investment Task, B) Performance Of Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works, C) Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation At The Stage Construction Works Carried Out. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Ad. A) Comprehensive Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation In Order To Report Works Or Obtain A Building Permit. The Project Must Cover The Construction And Installation Industries. The Contractor Will Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, The Final Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility Or Will Effectively Report The Completion Of The Works (No Objections From The Authority Will Be Obtained). Design Documentation Should Be Internally Consistent And Correlated In All Industries, And Contain Optimal Functional, Utility, Construction, Material And Cost Solutions, Which Must Be Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Composition Of The Design Documentation And The Method Of Its Development Are Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu). Ad.
