The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Consents And Permits For Construction Or Notification Of Construction Works (If Required) And The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Radzanowo Commune Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development From The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027 Program, Investment I.1010.A ​​Infrastructure In Rural Areas And Implementation Of The Concept Of Smart Villages, Area A Investments In The Field Of Individual Sewage Treatment.2. The Design Documentation Should Be Consulted And Agreed Upon By The Contractor And The Ordering Party At Each Stage Of Development. Lack Of Consultation And Agreement On The Adopted Solutions In The Design Documentation Entitles The Ordering Party To Request Changes To The Design Documentation At Every Stage Of The Investment At The Risk And Expense Of The Contractor.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I - Including The Preparation Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works, 2) Stage Ii - Including The Execution Of Construction Works.4. The List Of Plots (Locations) Covered By These Proceedings Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In Relation To Annex No. 7 In The Event Of The Residents Resignation And The Introduction Of New Locations From The So-Called Reserve List. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Event Of Residents Resignation.5. The Ordering Party Envisages The Following Numbers Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants: 1) Size Of The Treatment Plant Up To 4 - 54 Pes, 2) Size Of The Treatment Plant 5-6 Pe - 13 Pcs. 3) Size Of The Treatment Plant 7-8 Pe - 1 Pc.
