Fabryczna.2.The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Preparatory, Measuring And Demolition Works, 2) Earthworks, 3) Pavement-Related Works, 4) Finishing Works, 5) Road Marking And Traffic Safety Devices Made Of Concrete Cubes, Edges, 6) Small Architecture - Purchase, Delivery And Assembly, 7) Removal Of Trees And Bushes Interfering With Construction Works Necessary To Complete The Investment. Inventory, Felling Plan, Planting Design, Obtaining A Felling Decision Along With Possible Replacement Plantings And Costs Related To The Obtained Felling Decision, 8) Electricity Industry - Lighting And Monitoring, 9) Sewerage Sewer Protection, 10) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation In One Copy, Including: A) Construction Log, B) Acceptance Reports, Test Reports, Measurement Reports And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Correct Execution Of Construction Works During Construction, C) Survey Report, D) Material Cards, E) As-Built Cost Estimates, F) Final Occupancy Permit/Effective Notification Of Completion Of Works, G) Design With All Possible Changes Introduced During Construction Marked Therein, H) Drawings And Descriptions Supplementing The Design For The Implementation Of The Facility, If Any. As-Built Documentation Must Be Complete And Signed By The Construction Manager And Approved By The Investor Supervision Inspector11) Providing Geodetic Services, 12) Extending Or Obtaining New Industry Arrangements Enabling The Execution Of Works, 13) Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Map, 14) Development, Approval, Execution And Introduction Of Temporary And Target Traffic Organization, 15) Obtaining The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Works.3.The Detailed Opz Was Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz: Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And, Additionally, In The Bill Of Quantities. 4. Wherever The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Adds The Words Or Equivalent To These References In The Absence Of A Specific Term. If The Names Of Manufacturers, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of Materials, Devices Or Technologies Are Indicated In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Or Other Procurement Documents, They Should Be Treated As Examples.
