The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Modernization Of The Facility Into An Emergency Shelter At The Social Activity Center In Środa Wielkopolska At Ul. Mała Klasztorna In The Design And Build Formula. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Design Including: A) Preparation Of The Program And Spatial Concept Of The Subject Of The Order, Taking Into Account The Maximum Number Of People Who Can Take Shelter (Including In Communication Routes) And Possible Changes In The Layout Of Rooms; B) Preparation Of An Architectural And Construction Design Based On The Construction Design Agreed With The Conservator, Including Elements Of Industry Designs To The Extent Enabling Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements Required For The Notification Of Works Or A Building Permit, Preparation Documents To Apply For The Required Administrative Decisions, Including Decisions On A Building Permit - If Required, Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements, And Checks Of Design Solutions To The Extent Resulting From The Regulations And Requirements Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu); C) Submitting A Notification Of Works Or An Application For A Building Permit And Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit (If Required). 2) Construction Including: A) Preparation Of Technical Designs For Necessary Industries, B) Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation, Ending With Final Acceptance, C) Obtaining Formal Decisions Allowing The User To Operate The Building, If Required.
