1. The Scope Of The Order Includes Improving The Technical Parameters Of Ul. Sielska On A 175 Meter Long Section. The Works Will Consist In The Construction Of The Base And Bituminous Surface, Including The Preparation Of A Binding Layer Of The Ac16w Mineral-Asphalt Mixture With A Thickness Of 5 Cm And A Wearing Course Of The Ac11s Mixture With A Thickness Of 5 Cm, Together With The Construction Of Roadsides And Exits Within The Road And Drainage. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 7 To The Specification, I.E. The Bill Of Quantities And A Map, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Documentation. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended), The Ordering Party Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Pzp, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Technical Documentation.
