The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building. It Is Planned To Insulate The External Walls Of The Building Using 20 Cm Thick Polystyrene Boards, Together With The Implementation Of A Complete Etics Insulation System, Including Preparation Of The Substrate, Installation Of Thermal Insulation, Reinforced Layer Of Fiberglass Mesh, Priming And Execution Of Facade Plastering. 2) Insulation Of The Roof. It Is Planned To Insulate The Roof Using Pir Boards 16 Cm Thick, Along With The Implementation Of The Necessary Layers And Treatments To Ensure Continuity Of Thermal Insulation And Proper Protection Against Weather Conditions. 3) Replacement Of The Garage Door. As Part Of The Task, The Existing Gate Should Be Dismantled And A New Sectional Gate, Electrically Controlled, Adapted In Dimensions To The Existing Gate Opening. The Gate Should Be Equipped With An Electric Drive, Security Measures Required For Automatic Gates And Elements Enabling Safe Operation. The Gate Should Be Made In Ral 3000.4) Accompanying Works. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Performance Of All Accompanying And Reconstruction Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of Thermal Modernization, Including Processing Of Window And Door Openings, Connections With Existing Building Elements, Seals And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed.
