The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Renovation Of The Zagórze Municipal Road In The Town Of Paszyn. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Dismantling The Concrete Surface, Stabilizing The Lower Sub-Base Layer, Making The Upper Sub-Base Layer From Crushed Aggregate, Constructing An Asphalt Surface With A Binding And Wearing Layer, Constructing Roadsides And Replacing Sewage Channels. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least A 3-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Order; 2) A 5-Year Warranty Period For The Entire Subject. Order. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Constitute Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Annex No. 4 To The Swz, Respectively. The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
