The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of An Electrical Lighting And Power Supply Installation For The Existing Football Pitch In Radocza, Hereinafter Referred To As The Task Or Alternatively, The Order.2. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled Małopolska Recreation And Sports Infrastructure - Mirs Regarding The Granting And Transfer Of Financial Assistance From The Budget Of The Małopolska Voivodeship To Local Government Units In The Małopolska Voivodeship, Hereinafter Referred To As The Project3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Chapter Iv Of The Swz Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Design Documentation Constituting An Integral Annex To The Opz, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Electrical Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior, In Chapter Iii To The Swz Entitled Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz (File No. 01. Annex 1 To The Opz_Bill Of Quantities). Pursuant To The Above Bill Of Quantities, The Contractor Is Obliged, As Part Of The Order, To Perform The Necessary Measurements And Checks Of The Constructed Lighting And Power Supply Installations And To Prepare As-Built Surveying Documentation In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Regulations.5.
