1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Including Insulation Of Building C At The District Complex Of Educational And Educational Institutions In Mielec At Ul. Królowej Jadwigi 1 As Part Of The Task Thermal Modernization Of The District Complex Of Educational And Educational Institutions In Mielec. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1.1.Preparation Of The Substrate: - Cleaning, - Washing, - Priming The Wall Surfaces.1.2.Execution Of Insulating Layers: - Installation Of Polystyrene Boards With Specific Thickness And Parameters, - Installation Of Rustication With Specific Parameters.1.3.Execution Of The Reinforcement Layer: Embedding The Fiberglass Mesh In The Adhesive Mortar, 1.4.Finishing Works: Priming And Applying Thin-Layer External Plaster (E.G. Silicate Or Silicone).1.5.Accompanying Works: Disassembly And Reassembly Of Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters, Downpipes And Window Sills.1.6.Removing The Terrazzo From The Stairs And Preparing The Ground For The Tiles, 1.7.Laying The Tiles.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Method Of Performing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Documents Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Design Documentation.3.The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Constitute A Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Statements Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Only Intended To Illustrate The Scale Of The Works And The Basic Scope Of Work And To Help The Contractors Estimate The Investment Costs.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Under The Conditions Specified In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Warranty Is Granted For The Period Specified In The Contractors Offer, Expressed In Calendar Months. The Warranty Period Indicated In The Offer And The Extended Warranty Period For Defects Constitute The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers.5.The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, Requires The Contractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Performance Of Preparatory, Insulating And Finishing Construction Works, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves The Performance Of Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended). The Method Of Verifying The Employment Of These Persons And The Employers Rights To Control The Fulfillment Of The Contractor Of The Requirements Related To The Employment Of These People And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
