1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of The Playground At The Municipal Nursery Maguś In Magnuszew At Ul. Bohaterów Września 10, 26-910 Magnuszew, Located On Part Of Plot No. 61/5, District 0005 Magnuszew, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Land Development Plan. 1. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Environmental Protection Principles And The Attached Documentation2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Primarily: • Preparation Of The Site For Construction • Demolition Works Involving The Dismantling Of Playground Equipment • Delivery And Installation Of Playground Equipment And Small Architectural Structures • Construction Of A Synthetic Surface Made Of Overgrown Mats And Grass • Construction Of A Grassy Surface • Planting Ornamental Shrubs2 A Manner That Ensures Full Compliance With The Approved Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Site Development Plan. 3. The Contractor Will Carry Out Work At An Active Nursery And School Facility, Therefore All Work Must Be Carried Out In A Way That Minimizes Disruptions To Their Operation. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Full Safety Of Persons Staying On The Construction Site For The Works Performed And The Materials Used And The Devices Installed. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report Without Any Reservations Technical Specification.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have A Liability Insurance Policy For The Business Activity. The Policy Is To Be Valid For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. If Its Duration Expires, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Certified Photocopy Of The New Insurance Policy Construction Works With Documented Experience In The Implementation Of Educational Or Public Utility Facilities. 9. As Part Of The Task, An As-Built Inventory Must Be Performed. 10. The As-Built Documentation Includes: • Inventory Map, • Material Cards With Certificates, Approvals And Declarations Of Conformity. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 12 To The Swz.
