The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service To The Ordering Party Consisting In: Physical Protection Of The Property Of The Municipal Infrastructure Board In Słupsk - A Pre-Funeral House Located In The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Wisławy Szymborskiej 7 In Słupsk In 2027.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor - With The Help Of Security Personnel Employed By Him - Exercises Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Of The Property, Including The Funeral Home Located In The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Wisławy Szymborskiej 7 In Słupsk, Together With The Adjacent Area, Building, Rooms And Items Contained Therein. 3.The Facility Is Located At The Municipal Cemetery At Ul. Wisławy Szymborskiej 7 In Słupsk. On The Property There Is One Detached, Single-Story Multi-Functional Building (Mortuary House). The Area Is Fenced With A 1.70 M High Metal Fence On Steel Posts. Access To The Property Is Provided By One Entrance Gate From The Allotment Gardens, Opened Manually. The Property Area Is Sufficiently Lit. The Building Is Equipped With An Electronic Anti-Burglary And Fire Protection System. The Facility Has A Video Monitoring System Consisting Of 12 Cameras Installed In The Building And The Cemetery. The Entrance Doors Are Made Of Pvc And Aluminum (They Are Partially Glazed), And The Windows Throughout The Building Are Secured With Safety Glass. The Facility Is Equipped With Five Fire Extinguishers. 4. Estimated Number Of Hours Of Service Provision In The Period From January 1, 2027. Until December 31, 2027 Amounts To Pln 6,879.5.5. The Service Includes: 1) Protection Of Property And Physical Protection Of The Funeral Home (Hereinafter Referred To As The Facility): A) Protection Of Property In The Form Of Direct Physical Protection Consisting In Activities Preventing Crimes And Offenses Against Property, As Well As Preventing Damage Resulting From These Events And Preventing Unauthorized Persons From Entering The Protected Area, B) Physical Protection Of The Funeral Home And The Surrounding Area, Control Of Passenger Traffic And Vehicles At The Entrance Gate And In The Area Around The Facility, Supervision Of Parked Cars And Their Parking Places (Free Entrance And Escape Routes), Fire Safety Inspection, Preliminary Actions In The Event Of Fire, Flood Threats And Technical Failures, Constant Observation Of The Protected Area. Note: Property Protection And Physical Security Of The Facility Must Be Carried Out On Working Days From 3:00 P.M. To 7:30 A.M.
