The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation For The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Pedestrian Road On Dk 9 In The Towns Of Pęchów And Klimontów Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Investor A Final And Legally Binding Decision Within The Meaning Of The Court And Administrative Proceedings, Authorizing The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid), In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2023. On Specific Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311, As Amended) And/Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Under The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And Ensuring Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works Construction.2.Design Documentation For The Investment Should Include In Particular: 1) Construction Of A Pedestrian Road On The Right Side Of The Road In The Following Locations: - From Approx. Km 105+550 To Approx. Km 106+617; - From Approx. Km 106+885 To Approx. Km 107+538; - From Approx. Km 107 + 824 To Approx. Km 107 + 942.2) Construction/Reconstruction Of Exits, 3) Construction/Reconstruction Of The Drainage System (Including Construction/Reconstruction Of Road Ditches), 4) Construction/Reconstruction Of Culverts Under The Exits, 5) Construction Of Road Safety Devices, 6) Construction Of Technological Channels, 7) Possible Reconstruction Of Networks Colliding With The Planned Investment, 8) Performance Of Works Other Than Those Indicated In Points 1)-7), Which, In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Will Be Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment. The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions, Guidelines, And Orders Of The General Director Of National Roads And Motorways. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Method Of Its Implementation Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) And Detailed Technical Specifications Constituting An Annex To The Swz. All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Explanatory In The Sense That If Any Ambiguities Or Ambiguities Are Found, The Contractor Cannot Limit Either The Scope Of Its Obligation Or The Scope Of Due Diligence In The Performance Of Its Obligations Under The Public Procurement Contract.
