The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New, Complete And Ready-To-Use Mobile Tankers For The Transport And Temporary Distribution Of Water Intended For Human Consumption With A Nominal Capacity Of Not Less Than 1,000 Liters (1 M³) - 3 Pieces And With A Nominal Capacity Of Not Less Than 2,500 Liters (2.5 M³) - 1 Piece. Each Tanker Must Constitute A Complete Set Including A Tank Permanently Mounted On A Road Trailer Along With Fittings, Cables And Equipment.2. The Order Is Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 (Area Ii).3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Deliveries From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements. Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements Should Be Understood As Countries Other Than Member States Of The European Union And Other Than Countries That Are Parties To The World Trade Organization Agreement On Government Procurement Or Parties To Other International Agreements Guaranteeing Access To The Public Procurement Market On The Basis Of Reciprocity And Equality, To Which The European Union Is A Party.
